    Most Aldi stores have battery recycling bins for small household batteries – ask at your local store if you need help

  • Roads and Maritime has launched a program to help boaters dispose of expired flares, with mobile collections set up along the NSW coastline. For details regarding this program click here.

  • Diabetic and other used, non-illegal drug syringes can be disposed of safely at selected pharmacies. All syringes must be stored in an appropriate rigid container when presented to the pharmacy, such as an approved Medispose container. Loose needles will not be accepted.
